Marlborough Waste Water Treatment Works Background Marlborough Waste Water Treatment Works provides treatment in the English County of Wiltshire and releases water in to the River Kennet. The treatment works needed to take their primary tanks offline for refurbishment work needed to maintain the level of treatment. The Overall Objective The site required a solution that would enable them to take the primary tanks offline for refurbishment and continue to treat the large flows required and protect the works from any risk of failing the suspended solids and BOD/Ammonia consent. Solution Siltbuster Process Solutions proposed a treatment system consisting of 4 HB40R units, auto de-sludge systems, interconnecting pipework and manifolds with easy access via 2 walkways.
