After assessing options, enVista guided a cloud-based version upgrade supporting both Missouri DCs on a unified platform. They resolved inbound flow, lot tracking, end-of-day and integration issues, while maintaining familiar workflows to reduce training needs. Despite COVID-19 constraints, the project finished on budget with no operational disruption, resulting in stronger inventory visibility, improved performance, enhanced security and synchronized systems ready for future reimplementation.
