Pfizer needed a scalable, equitable, and globally accessible program to reward its 80,000 employees, especially after the COVID-19 vaccine development. With a mindset of "lightspeed," Pfizer launched Bravo in just four months, ensuring it was accessible to all colleagues simultaneously. By April 2022, 77% of employees had received at least one Bravo award. The program has successfully increased engagement, reinforced Pfizer’s core values, and contributed to a positive, inclusive work culture.
