The program ties recognition to LinkedIn's core values and ensures consistent, timely feedback. A study revealed that employees who receive four or more Bravo! awards have a 96% retention rate, while new hires with four or more awards have a 95% retention rate, up from 86% for those with no awards. Additionally, 54% of employees who received three or more awards showed improved performance. Bravo! has also contributed to LinkedIn's diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
