Project Summary A regional food producer of vinegar and delicacies wanted to reorganize their structures regarding sales and operations. Miebach Consulting optimized the processes in order to reduce the complexity while at the same time enhancing the flexibility of all administrative tasks. A strong increase in efficiency and service levels were two key goals.
