Project Summary A chemical company needed a new production site and warehouse as well as a place to store construction material on site. Miebach Consulting developed a plan to build the warehouse first, using it for storage during the production facility build. Next we designed the layout and technologies for construction and production phases, and oversaw construction and engineering. Finally, Miebach redesigned their WMS and supported the local team with extensive processes, including IT training and Go Live Management.
