The Opportunity. Our client was selected to manage end-to-end operations for the private label credit card (PLCC) of a large Canadian department store chain. This was the bank’s first fully outsourced PLCC partnership and its first project in Canada. It presented an opportunity to build out a new line of business for fully outsourced retail credit card operations and establish a robust, scalable platform with significant expansion potential
