ProcessMaker is being used to power and streamline Hypercube’s order management system by providing a back-end workflow engine and a custom front-end interface. Overview HyperCube, a subsidiary of West Corporation, is located in Dallas, Texas. It is a premier provider of local and national tandem services in the middle mile to carriers throughout the United States. HyperCube provides tandem interconnection services to the competitive marketplace, including wireless, wire-line, cable telephony and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) companies. The Hypercube team built a system architecture concept called Hyperspace and selected ProcessMaker to be the provider of the embedded backend workflow engine.
