Despite physical expansion and increased case volumes, the hospital faced challenges in maximizing capacity. With iQueue, OrthoNebraska achieved a 45% reduction in cases starting after 5:30 pm, a 61% decrease in abandoned block hours, and a 5% increase in room utilization. The platform enabled surgeons to access real-time data, leading to more efficient scheduling and better resource management.
