A leading health IT provider specializing in electronic health records and practice management needed to modernize its platform as usage grew. Partnering with Presidio and AWS, the company developed a centralized Enterprise Data Hub supported by two core components: Security Services and an Operations Console. Security Services provided OAuth 2.0-based authentication, authorization, and compliance mechanisms using PingFederate, PingDirectory, and APIs built on AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and NestJS. The Operations Console, powered by AWS OpenSearch, Logstash, and Kibana, enabled centralized logging, monitoring, and operational intelligence. This modernization improved security, compliance, scalability, and efficiency while easing regulatory reporting and enhancing patient care.
