This multi-year initiative aims to enhance the wealth and investment management journey globally, including Switzerland, Italy, the UK, Guernsey, Luxembourg, Spain, Saudi Arabia, the Bahamas, Mexico, and Brazil. The transformation includes agile development, data integration, and interfacing with enterprise ecosystems. Key objectives include business model simplification, global process harmonization, compliance adherence, IT infrastructure improvement, and legacy system decommissioning to reduce costs and complexity while enhancing efficiency, user experience, and global compliance.
