In July 2019, Gigster’s CMO Jen Dimas reached out to DemandGen to help build a global marketing organization and put the systems and processes in place to take the company to the next level of marketing maturity. Within a few short months, DemandGen deployed best-in-class systems, and implemented a strategy to maximize the impact of marketing for Gigster. When Dimas came on board at Gigster, her challenge was clear: Quickly build a top-notch global marketing organization with the right toolset, people and processes to take the company to the next level. Her predecessor had laid the groundwork and was starting to see some success but didn’t have the right marketing systems or programs in place to scale. Coming from Polycom, Dimas was accustomed to having more resources on-hand.
