Discovery Inc., a multinational media company, partnered with FCM in 2019 to enhance their travel management. When the pandemic paused travel in 2020, Discovery used the opportunity to innovate. They implemented the FCM Extension, a browser tool that provides real-time travel notifications, policy enforcement, safety alerts, and tracks unused tickets. The tool also promotes sustainability through targeted notifications. This integration resulted in improved traveler safety, compliance, and satisfaction. By 2021, 5,566 users were onboarded, receiving thousands of notifications and achieving significant improvements in travel program efficiency and communication.
