Fostering a More Innovative Culture at the EPA (OPEI) We assisted the EPA to leverage internal resources to solve its problems and become more innovative. Over the course of two years, Interaction Associates worked with the Office of Policy, Economics and Innovation (OPEI) to support the agency’s steering committee in developing a practical strategy for fostering an agency culture that is more conducive to innovation and innovative environmental problem solving.
