An emergency response software group divesting from a larger healthcare company needed to migrate 175 servers and seven SaaS applications to AWS under a tight deadline. Partnering with Insight, the team executed a five-phase “lift and shift” migration using VMware infrastructure, AWS, and Azure, supported by Cisco networking. The project included application mapping, staging, regression testing, and post-migration support, along with Office 365 tenant migration to SharePoint and OneDrive. The outcome was a secure, cost-effective multicloud environment with upgraded networking, ensuring business continuity and independence while fully divesting from the parent company.
