The software streamlined asset and service management, ensuring compliance with strict contractual terms while reducing financial deductions. By integrating real-time job tracking, mobile-enabled maintenance, and an automated reporting system, QFM improved operational efficiency, security, and response times. The system also supports preventive maintenance, reducing disruptions and costs. Future plans include integrating QFM with Honeywell’s cloud-based building management system to enable predictive analytics, further optimizing asset performance and sustainability across the facility’s lifecycle.
