DuSable Museum of African American History Expansion Chicago, Illinois The DuSable Museum of African American History engaged Hunden Strategic Partners to perform a demand and revenue analysis for additional event, restaurant and retail space for both the current DuSable Museum and the proposed new Museum site located at the Roundhouse. HSP analyzed the market and financial feasibility for a multipurpose event facility at the Roundhouse site. The DuSable Museum currently resides in the historic Hyde Park area of Chicago in Washington Park. A few feet south of the Museum is the 61,000-square foot Roundhouse, the proposed site of the new expanded Museum with additional restaurant and retail space.
