Abstract For many users of Agilent Seahorse XF Analyzers, the available quantity of their cellular sample constrains experimental design. The Agilent Seahorse XF HS miniplate has been developed to provide a three-fold increase in the detection sensitivity of the Agilent Seahorse XF HS Mini Analyzer. This improvement facilitates an increase in the number of technical replicates possible when cells are limiting. It therefore enables a more robust interrogation of low-respiring cellular models, reduces the costs and time associated with cell isolation, and frees up samples for other relevant orthogonal measurements. This white paper describes the features of the XF HS min
