Dell EMC: Future of Government Digital Services - Brands2Life EMC wanted to demonstrate public support for faster digital Government citizen service transformation. We crafted a research-led campaign identifying a consumer and business ‘wish list’ for improved online government services. To promote a broader perspective on accelerating Government digital transformation the report was launched at a roundtable of experts from Go-ON UK, Enterprise Nation, Policy Exchange, EMC with ex- GDS Director, Mike Beaven. The findings received widespread coverage, including a stand-out piece inthe Daily Telegraph, and were picked up by HM Treasury’s Spending Review team plus MPs from the main parties, demonstrating the far-reaching impact of the campaign.
