C A S E S T U D Y Crack Down on Health in Cardiff Dawnus Ferrovial partnered with Park to provide a holistic, fun and engaging health and wellbeing programme to workers in Cardiff Bay at the Eastern Bay link joint venture project. The programme consisted of targeted outreach campaigns each month with wellbeing health assessments. Health topics were aligned with specific workplace health risks, seasonal health risks, key public health issues and where possible scheduled to coincide with national and international health initiatives. Each month also included an opportunity to have a wellbeing health assessment to encourage and motivate employees to adopt a healthy lifestyle and improve their long-term health.
