City University London, Tait Level 2, SHS, SAAD and LCS Rolton Group was appointed by City University to provide mechanical and electrical building services design services on the basis of a performance design scope to enable the project to be competitively tendered. The project comprised refurbishment, alteration and adaption of the Southern and Western wings of the Tait Building, from general teaching and research labs to provide additional accommodation for the School of Health Sciences. Specialist equipment was relocated from a variety of locations both on and off campus, including Tait, Drysdale, Bath Street and West Smithfield.
