City University London, Student Hub Rolton Group was appointed by City University London to provide mechanical and electrical building services design services on the basis of a performance design scope to enable the project to be competitively tendered. Our project team successfully completed a fast-track design and build project to remodel the existing Student Hub. The project commenced with a strip out of the existing areas followed by remodelling. The works included the installation of suspended decorative acoustic ceiling panels, together with decorative wall and vertical screen dividers, flooring and lighting.
