City University London, Education Spaces Rolton Group was appointed by City University London to provide mechanical and electrical building services design services on the basis of a performance design scope to enable the project to be competitively tendered. Working at their main campus in Northampton Square, Rolton Group has worked with the client’s project management team on this multi-phase refurbishment contract to create new computer laboratories, music rooms, lecture rooms and a student centre/breakout space. The project commenced with stripping out and demolition works on the ground and first floor areas of the College building, removing fixtures, fittings and partitions.
