Harris Group provided schematic design services for Boeing to expand their existing 85-105 building to the east with 36,000 square feet of new high-bay production space The study provided a new 100x300 ft addition with equipment airlock, two-story oce, mechanical room for air compressor and boiler, and an electrical room for new substation. Harris Group prepared a power study for new electrical loads. A revised loop road around the east end of the building will be installed The building is programmed as a USGBC LEED SILVER Certication.
