Affinity Sutton is one of the largest providers of affordable housing in England, with over 57,000 homes across the UK. Anglian were awarded this External Wall Insulation contract to improve the thermal performance of 24 flats and 12 Airey houses. The project was a two-site scheme with three-storey blocks of flats in East Grinstead and properties in Hurstpierpoint, Sussex. The insulation system selected was the Wetherby Building Systems 90mm enhanced EPS insulation with a silicone render finish. In addition to the external wall insulation, Anglian installed replacement PVCu windows, top-up loft insulation, and new PVC fascia and soffit.
