On behalf of Countryside Properties, Retrofit UK Ltd were award- ed the contract in commence works on the regeneration of Priest- man Point residential tower block. The project was an early 70s block of flats, 25 story high rise building, built up of concrete frame with decorative infill panels. The clients requirements were to design & install a fully insulated façade with a mixture of finishes, including for architectural fea- tures that put zero additional load on the decorative infill panels. All of which has to adhere to current building regulations and with NHBC requirements. Along with causing as little disruption to the tower block tenants.
