On behalf of Apollo Property Services (Keepmoat), Retrofit UK Ltd were appointed to deliver the regeneration of Weybridge Point residen- tial tower block. The project was a 60s 17 story high rise building, built up of concrete frame with brick infill panels. The clients requirements were to design and install a terracotta faced rain screen system that put zero additional load on the brick infill panels all to be fully insulated to current building regulations. The over cladding was to consist of insulated rain screen cladding, this being Terracotta tiles, Powder coated aluminum panels, insulated render to balcony cheeks and soffits and architectural metalwork.
