Fiserv partnered with IBM to modernize Signature International on IBM's Hybrid Cloud using Red Hat OpenShift on Power10 servers. The project enabled clients to run traditional IBM i applications and cloud-native microservices together, maximizing server use and accelerating modernization without system replacement. Testing showed the setup could handle around 19,000 transactions per second at 40–50% CPU load. Red Hat OpenShift provided consistent multi-cloud deployment with high security, scalability, and efficiency, leveraging IBM Power’s advanced hardware features.
