COVID-19 accelerated digital health adoption, exposing weak data ecosystems and transforming patient and provider interactions. This paper analyzes Middle East healthcare trends and digital readiness, focusing on telemedicine, beyond-the-clinic care, digital HCP engagement, intelligent provider automation, and Real-World Evidence (RWE) 2.0. Interviews with stakeholders reveal both enthusiasm and barriers—such as infrastructure gaps and regulatory alignment. Future opportunities include AI-driven automation, wearable-enabled RWE, and hybrid care models.
