Budgets for training are rising faster than overall security budgets, yet most programs fail to change behavior. Employees receive more training minutes but too infrequently, with one-third trained only once a year. Effective programs should be continuous, adaptive, data-driven, and customized, using short, engaging sessions to measurably improve resilience against attacks.
