A FourKites and YouGov survey of 500 supply chain leaders in the US and UK found that while executives face pressure to cut costs, mitigate risks, and meet sustainability goals, fewer than half use supply chain data to guide strategy, and 14% don’t use it at all. Nearly half struggle to integrate systems into a single source of truth, with 48% rating their digital maturity as poor. Two-thirds use data only for daily tasks rather than strategic planning, missing opportunities for resilience and growth. Leaders see tech integration as critical, with 70% prioritizing connecting disparate data and 42% planning new investments in the next year.
