How Sales Leaders are Using AI Today
Most sales leaders report using AI in some capacity, but 54% say adoption is too slow, and 19% say their companies don’t use AI at all. Nearly two-thirds prioritize internal AI use for productivity. Top challenges include a shortage of AI talent and leadership with combined AI-business expertise. Sales leaders mainly build AI capability by upskilling internally. Current AI use focuses on content creation and support tasks, with future growth expected in revenue planning and customer analysis. Despite AI’s rise, many boards spend little time on it, and ownership of AI strategy is often unclear.
