Unified observability is seen as critical by 98%, with 92% planning increased investment. Retail IT leaders are more embedded in the C-suite than any other industry, with 93% saying IT is more relevant than pre-pandemic. Seamless digital experience now outweighs traditional perks like office snacks and swag.
