Despite frequent, costly outages—Indonesia’s median cost was \$22.73M—only 3% use a single tool, while 57% use five or more, creating tool sprawl. Still, 55% achieved full-stack observability, and 85% plan to deploy new capabilities. Observability is credited with enabling business growth, revenue retention, and operational efficiency. Indonesia and Singapore saw the highest ROI at 167%, followed by Malaysia at 133%, while Thailand broke even.
