Multi-factor authentication is key, with 55% adopting 2FA and 71% using MFA for remote staff. VPN remains dominant for secure access, though 32% plan to move beyond it. Zero Trust adoption is growing, with 30% having formal strategies and 76% applying Zero Trust concepts. Despite progress, 61% use multiple authentication tools and 29% cite managing hybrid access as a major challenge.
