This innovation enables real-time remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, and enhanced machine effectiveness. A centralized control room collects data from 45 manufacturing sites, providing insights to reduce outages, optimize asset use, and transition from reactive to proactive maintenance. The project supports new business models and services, improving operational efficiency and cost flexibility for IMA’s 6,000 employees worldwide.
