Customer reference DB Kommunikationstechnik. With gathered experience and central evaluations to the success strategy, DB Kommunikationstechnik GmbH acts as a service company for planning, provision and maintenance in a wide range of communication technology fields. With several thousand employees, it has to work with a wide spectrum of information. For the central documentation and target-oriented evaluation of the experience of its approximately 50 sales employees, a CRM system was therefore needed to enable strategic conclusions to be drawn. Together with GEDYS IntraWare GmbH, the corresponding processes could now be implemented and refined.
