The project involved the construction of 2 new modern office blocks. 1no. two storey and 1no. three storey, both blocks of similar construction. The 3 storey office block has provided a new luxury work place for Whitehall Resources recruitment company. Each floor is open plan with individually styled “Batman” and Mad Hatter” themed meeting rooms. Further features include an American styled diner and a high quality sound system servicing the entire building. The new offices have allowed room for an addtional 140 members to join their rapidly growing business. Each office block is comprised of steel frame on top of piled foundations and ground beams.
