Protectahome were requested to provide a design for the installation of a Waterproofing System to the lower ground floor of a new build domestic property. The architects provided provisional site plans and ground investigation reports to aid with the design process. The Waterproofing Solution had to be capable of delivering a grade three habitable environment (as defined in BS8102) for two bedrooms, a WC and a storage area. THE SOLUTION Protectahome designed and installed a Type C Drained Protection Waterproofing system to the concrete walls and floors.
