Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR)- VTB Stadium & Arena The VTB Arena is the new stadium of FC Dynamo. The facility is a multifunctional sports and entertainment complex. It has a capacity of 33,000 seats, which can be expanded to 45,000 seats. Built on the site of the old Dynamo Stadium that was closed in 2008, it was important to preserve the historical integrity of the facility. Part of the facade monument was preserved in the new stadium design. The multi-use facility incorporates under one roof a football stadium, indoor arena that can be converted into an ice rink, shopping mall, and sub- level parking garage.
