About Vita Centre Since 1991, Vita Centre has provided support, educa6on, and counselling for young pregnant and paren6ng families with children up to six years of age in the Ontario ci6es of Mississauga, Brampton, and Caledon, an area near Toronto with a combined popula6on of 1.5 million people. Each year, Vita Centre supports over 600 individuals and provides them with the skills and knowledge they need to help increase their paren6ng capacity and reach their goals.
