Brymor were originally asked to assist with some exploratory works after reports of defects in the cladding of the Vista Apartments Building that was constructed by another contractor. Following which a complete scaffold was erected to safely protect the panels that were exposed to high winds. We were subsequently awarded a contract to remove the existing cladding system and re-instate it with new cladding panels, insulation and breather membrane. The fire barriers were also replaced and upgraded to meet current regulations. Defects in the existing carrier frame were repaired
