The conversion of a steel framed three-storey office block into 53 apartments including the removal of two concrete staircases, the installation of structural steel where new openings are formed in the structural floors and forming an additional floor within the pitched roof. Most of the strip out works were complete prior to the commencement of the main works, the two lifts remained in place and there were minor works required to the existing basement level that is used for car parking.
