JDRM UT Health and Human Services The complete building rehabilitation for the College of Health of Human Services encompassed 140,000 square feet of student classrooms, computer labs, faculty offices and support spaces. Electrical engineering design included electrical layout; security/access control; interior and exterior lighting; data/telecommunications; audio/visual; and fire alarm. Mechanical engineering services included heating and air- conditioning, plumbing, exhaust and fire protection systems.
