Usability is “Mission Critical” for Syncrude Canada Ltd. In terms of system projects, this has probably been one of the more success- ful projects in our organization. And it has been well received. Now we have the president of our com- pany using this tool, right down to the individuals on the shop floor and in the field. It’s very gratifying for us to know that we have a tool that is actually being used—from the casual user to the expert user.
