U.S. Office of Personnel Management About Project In 2014, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) awarded CEG an $11 million contract under the U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Savings Performance Contract. The project encompasses a comprehensive set of sustainability upgrades at OPM’s Theodore Roosevelt Building (TRB), a 10-story office building in Washington D.C., and OPM’s Federal Executive Institute (FEI), a multi-facility executive training campus in Charlottesville, VA. CEG’s project, together with an ongoing building upgrade project and OPM’s other initiatives, will reduce annual energy consumption by 29% and annual water consumption by 48% at these two facilities.
