The project encompasses a comprehensive set of sustainability upgrades at OPM’s Theodore Roosevelt Building (TRB), a 10-story office building in Washington D.C., and OPM’s Federal Executive Institute (FEI), a multi-facility executive training campus in Charlottesville, VA.
