Peter Brett (PBA) | University of Exeter's Transport Strategy Plan Transport Strategy Plan, University of Exeter PBA, now part of Stantec, was commissioned to develop a transport strategy to support a new Estate Management Strategy which identified growth, improvement, and development aspirations of the university across its campuses for a 10-year horizon period. The transport strategy that was formulated helped inform the accompanying masterplan with commitments made to improve sustainable travel: encouraging the use of efficient public and communal transport, cycling and walking, and reducing emissions from university fleet vehicles.
