Previously, recruiters spent excessive time collecting candidate data from separate systems. With the integration, they can now access LinkedIn profiles directly from the ATS, preventing multiple recruiters from contacting the same candidate for different roles. This streamlined process saves each recruiter an average of 30 minutes daily, allowing more time to engage with prospects. The integration was activated in under a minute.
