A vacant eight-story office block situated directly above Tower Hill underground station was acquired with view to redeveloping it into high quality office space. We were commissioned to carry out the demolition of its two adjoined buildings. One of the key factors in the decision to use Clifford Devlin was our experience of working around London Underground locations and premises.
