Central Florida Central Florida Project Overview Project Overview The Tampa Airport CONRAC Facility “Topped Out” on November 8, 2016. The $67 million dollar concrete frame is part of a massive $1 billion dollar expansion. This construction is the rst in a three-phase master plan. The 2.5 million square foot facility was completed in 53 weeks. The facility is comprised of Customer Service Building (CSB), Quick Turn Around (QTA) complete with fueling, cleaning and staging areas. Completion of the new facility has added 2,400 parking spaces to TIA’s long term garage and increase eciency on the airport roadways.
